1 How to get Mavenow app?
You will get Mavenow app from Play store or by following the link.
1.2 How to create a new Account?
  • By clicking on the option of ‘create new account’. A new window titled as ‘SIGN UP’ appears. Then fill in all details.
  • After signing up, a pop-up window gets open with a message to verify your email id.
  • Once verification is done your account gets created and you get access to the Mavenow app.
  • You can also create your account by LinkedIn , Google, Facebook Account.
1.3 What will I do if I forget my login details?
  • Click on the “Forget Your Login details” option which is on “Sign in” page.
  • You will be redirected to the ‘Reset Password’ Window, there you need to enter your email ID and click on ‘SEND OTP’ option.
  • And you need to verify the OTP by entering your OTP.
  • IF you missed your OTP you can resend it by clicking on Resend OTP option.
  • After entering your OTP, you can enter your new password and then confirm Password.
  • After clicking on SAVE PASSWORD tab your password is saved.

Maven Dashboard

2 What information do I get from ‘My Learner’ option?
  • My Learner Tab is available in dashboard.
  • By clicking on ‘My Learner Tab’ we will be redirect to the ‘My Learner’ window where we can see the different tabs
  • Current Learner Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of Learner who had paid the fee and who had not paid the fee for the Session classes.
  • Old Learner Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of classes which were completed previously.
2.2 What information do I get from ‘My Mission’ Tab?
Mission Tab is available in side bar and in dashboard, whenever a Learner or a Maven attends any of the mission, that details related to mission can be seen in “MY Mission” Tab.

By clicking on “My Mission” Tab we will be redirect to the My Mission window which are classified in three Tabs that are:-

  • Schedule Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of mission which are scheduled but has not started yet.
  • Active Tab:- In this tab, we can able to see the list of mission which are currently running.
  • Completed Tab:- In this tab, we can able to see the list of mission which are Completed.
2.3 What information do I get from ‘My Session Request’ option?

My Session Request contains three tabs:-

  • Scheduled
  • Active
  • Completed

Scheduled Tab: - This Tab show the Session request like: -

  • Session request which are waiting for approval. Session request which are accepted by Admin but session has not started due to no payment done by Learner.
  • Learning request which are Accepted by me but session has not started due to payment not done by Learner.

Active Tab:- In this Tab, we can see the Session request which is currently running in present time.

Completed Tab :- This Tab show the Session request like: -

  • Admin not approve the Session request before start date.
  • Admin rejected the Session request.
  • Session created but no Learner interested in session before start date. Session created but Maven didn’t schedule the Session before start date.
  • Session created but Learner didn’t pay the fee for the Session.
2.4 What exactly can I search in Search Tab which on the top right of dashboard?
By clicking on this tab, Search window gets open and the result of Mission name or Session request is opened.

When you type few letters of your choice with minimum three characters as per your search query, you can see the result for same.

2.5 What chat tab option informs us which is on the second bottom option in dashboard?

The chat Tab redirect to the Chat Window which is a mode of making conversation between individual Learners and Maven.

In chat window we can see all the list of Learners or Maven, to whom we already had conversation.

In the chat Window there is a Search Tab as well, through that we can search the particular Learner or Maven by typing first few letter of his name.

In the chat window there is On/Off switch on each Learner tab and through that we can make any Learner block or unblock. Whenever we block or unblock any Learner every time we can see the onscreen notification regarding the same.

2.6 What extra details I get apart from a normal calendar in Calendar Tab?
Calendar Tab will be available in dashboard only.

By clicking on Calendar Tab we will be redirected to ‘My schedule’ window, where we can see the different color Dots, which indicates:-

Orange Dots: - This Dot indicates the Session created by the Maven.

Red Dots: - This Dot indicates the Mission start date.

2.7 What are the helpful notifications I get from the Notification Tab?
From here we get each and every notification about every single activity done in your account whether it is about the Learner has accepted your request or any mission has been added or completed or a new request from Learner received for joining the session. The Session Request of the Maven is either “Accepted” or “Rejected” by the admin with reason. Learner’s Request for participating in a session.

Learner Dashboard

3.1 What information do I get from ‘My Maven’ option?
My Maven Tab is available in dashboard. By clicking on My Learner Tab we will be redirected to ‘My Maven’ window where we can see the different tabs:-
  • Current Maven Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of Maven to whom we had paid the fee and who had not paid the fee for the session.
  • Old Maven Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of Maven from whom we took sessions and those sessions were completed.
By clicking on the search Tab in my Maven window, a Search bar gets open and from there we can search the Maven with first few letters of their name.
3.2 What information do I get from ‘My Mission’ option?

Mission Tab is available in side bar and in dashboard, whenever a Learner or a Maven attends any of the mission, that detail related to mission can be seen in “MY Mission” Tab.

By clicking on “My Mission” Tab we will be redirected to the ‘My Mission’ window which is classified in three Tabs that are:-

3.3 What information do I get from ‘My Learning Request’ option?
1. Scheduled Tab :- This Tab show the Learning request like: -
  • Learning request which applied by me but no Maven interested till the particular date.
  • Learning request which are accepted by Maven but are not accepted by me.
  • Learning request on which Maven applied but session not started due to payment not done.
  • Learning request which are applied by Maven and payment also done but sessions not Scheduled by Maven.

2. Active Tab:- In this Tab, we can see the Learning sessions which is currently running in present time.


3. Completed Tab :- This Tab shows the Learning request like: -
  • If no Maven applied on Learning request till start date.
  • Learner not accepted the Maven request against his learning request.
  • Session created but Learner didn’t pay the fee for the Session.
  • Session created but Maven didn’t schedule the session before start date.
3.4 What exactly can I search in Search Tab which on the top right of dashboard?
By clicking on this tab, Search window gets open and the result of mission name or Learning request open. When you type few letters of your choice with minimum three characters as per your search query, you can see the result for same.
3.5 What chat tab option informs us which is on the second bottom option in dashboard?
From here we can chat with Learner and also can block and unblock them by a switch of ON and OFF.
3.6 What extra details I get apart from a normal calendar in Calendar Tab?
Here we can get the calendar where we can check the date-wise details indicated by the particular color
  • RED DOT: - Indicates the mission start date.
  • GREEN DOT: - This Dot indicates the session created by the Maven on the Learning request of any particular Learner. Date and time of the session and mission as well.
3.7 What are the helpful notifications I get from the Notification Tab?
From here, we get each and every notification about every single activity done in your account whether it is about the Learner has accepted your request or any mission has been added or completed or a new request from Learner received for joining the session. The Session Request of the Maven is either “Accepted” or “Rejected” by the admin with reason. Learner’s Request for participating in a session.
3.8 How do I get to know about the level of my Maven?
By clicking on the name of that Maven we directly go to that Maven profile and from there we can check relevant details regarding the level of course, achievement, sessions completed, session rating and reviews

My Profile

4.1 How to edit ‘My Profile’?
  • To update or edit your Profile you need to enter in your profile window by clicking on your profile pic or profile name.
  • Then click on PEN ICON which is on top of right side.
  • A window titled as “Update Maven Profile” or “Update Learner Profile’ opens.
  • Fill in all the mandatory details.
  • Finally, click on the Update tab for updating.
4.2 How to view ‘My Profile’?
There are two methods to view my profile.
  • One is directly clicking on Profile Photo or on name of Learner or Maven
  • Another way is to click on Profile Photo in the side bar.
4.3 How to reset ‘My Password’?
  • To reset your password you have to click on your Profile name, then a “My Maven Profile” or “My Learner Profile” opens Then click on LOCK ICON which is on top right hand side.
  • After this, a message box pop-up titled as “CHANGE PASSWORD”. Enter your CURRENT PASSWORD, NEW PASSWORD and CONFIRM PASSWORD.
  • Finally, click on SAVE tab and your password is reset.
4.4 What is the use of Star icons?
Star Icon get highlighted when a learner gives rating to his Maven after each session and average of every session rating decides the final rating of Maven profile’s STAR rating.
4.5 How can I update or edit my Skill Category?
  • After signup or login we will gets the notification for the profile update, until we are not updating our profile, although you can browse the app, but can’t do any activity because of this profile update popup window.
  • By clicking the OK Tab of profile update popup window we will redirect in ‘My profile Window’.
  • By clicking the Pen Icon (which is on top right) in my profile window we will redirect to the update Maven profile window for the recent update and for future editing as well.
  • After filling in all the mandatory details, we need to save the update by clicking on Update Tab as shown in screenshot 4.
  • By clicking on Update Tab we will redirect to dashboard window as per screenshot 5.
  • Once we follow all the steps correctly our profile gets updated.

NOTE: While updating or editing your Profile you can make changes in your Skill Categories or sub-category. [Hint-However, you have to be careful while selecting your skill category as based on it you will get your learner suggestion.]
4.6 What is signified by Achievement Tab?
In this tab, we can able to see the list of Badges that you have earned from completed sessions and mission successfully.
4.7 What is signified by Session completed Icon?
This Icon indicates how many sessions we have completed successfully.
4.8 How can I logout from Mavenow?
  • Tap on side bar.
  • A list icon on left side is visible.
  • In it an icon of Logout is found.
  • Tap on it.
  • A message box popup with instruction are you sure to logout?
  • With two tabs of YES and NO.

Side Bar

5.1 Where do I find the option of Side bar?
Side Bar icon is in form of three short lines which is on the left bottom of dashboard.
5.2 How can I use Mavenow Application both as Maven and Learner?
  • After logging in, when you reach on dashboard you find a MENU Bar at bottom. On this MENU BAR, you will find a SIDE BAR on Left Hand Side.
  • Click on SIDE BAR, then a window of “WELCOME MAVEN or WELCOME LEARNER” appears.
  • Below this title of “WELCOME MAVEN or WELCOME LEARNER” a “SWITCH MODE” is found.
  • This “SWITCH MODE” has both the option to work in the application either on “MAVEN MODE” or “LEARNER MODE”.
5.3 Where to find entire detail about My Refund money?
  • Visit to “LEARNER” Profile.
  • Then tap on Side bar.
  • A list of icons are visible on the opened sliding window along-with “REFUND Tab”.
  • Tap on “REFUND Tab”.
  • By clicking on Refund Tab we will be redirected to the Refund window where only Learner can raise refund request for his running session. Refund is the amount which we get when we have any dispute or objection for our paid sessions.

Note: - Refund is Only done by Admin after checking full scenario.
5.4 What should I do if I need any assistance or have queries?
  • When you reach on dashboard, click on “SIDE BAR ICON” which is on “MENU BAR”
  • A slide window will open with list of “ICONS”. Among them you will find “HELP ICON”.
  • Click on this “HELP ICON”, a window of “HELP” appears.
  • It has three sub-titles; ABOUT US, HELP/FAQ’s, CONTACT US. Under a column of CONTACT US you will come across.

5.6 Can I change my Language?
  • Yes, you can change your ‘LANGUAGE’.
  • After reaching dashboard, you click on “SIDE BAR”, then a sliding window opens with a list of “ICONS”.
  • Among this list, “LANGUAGE ICON” is visible on which you click and a window titled as “LANGUAGE” appears with a list of different languages.
  • Select your language and press DONE.

My Mission

6.1 What is Mission?
The Mission is like a quiz or exam, which is created by the admin nearby your location. The Mission can be applied by every user, there is no restriction.
6.2 What is the importance of Mission?
The Mission is a platform from where someone can check the ability to do different types of tasks. The Mission is like a quiz or exam, which is created by the admin nearby your location. The Mission can be applied by every user, there is no restriction. Every Profile gets badges after scoring top in Mission.
6.3 How can I apply for this?
The Mission is can be applied only when the mission is available in the mission suggestion or in the search tab of the dashboard showing a new mission is available while searching manually.
6.4 How can I get to know about the upcoming mission?
Whenever a mission is available it shows under mission suggestion and the notification bell is also gets the red color popup.
6.5 How can I track my mission?
Mission Tab is available in side bar and in dashboard. By clicking on Mission Tab we will be redirect to the My Mission window is classified in three Tabs that are:-
  • Scheduled Tab:- In this tab, we can see the list of mission in which we have scheduled.
  • Active Tab:- In this tab, we can able to see the list of mission which are currently running.
  • Completed Tab:- In this tab, we can able to see the list of mission which are Completed.
6.6 How will I be reminded about the upcoming mission?
We get a reminder from the calendar and there a Red DOT gets highlight under the particular date on which mission is applied.

Create Learning Request

7.1 How can I create My Learning Request?
For Creating a Learning Request, you only need to follow the given below simple steps: -
  • For creating a Learning request we have to open the ‘My Learning Request’ window, and for that first of all we have to click on the ‘My Session Request’ Tab which is in the dashboard.
  • Now, we need to click on the Plus Icon (+) and by that Add Your Course window gets open.
  • Now, we have to fill all the required details which is showing empty in the Add Your Course window. After filling all the details we need to click on POST Tab for submitting your Learning request.
  • Once you submit your Learning request you will redirect to popup window Success. Showing your request submitted successfully.
7.2 How many Learning Request can I make?
As many times you wish to make

Session

8.1 How do I get to know that any Maven is interested in 'My Learning Request' or not?

After submitting ‘My Learning Request’ when I tap on the ‘My Session Request’ Icon then ‘My Session Request’ window is opened where under the column of ‘Scheduled Tab’ the scheduled learning requests are visible. It will display a list of Maven being interested in your Learning Request .

8.2 How can Maven reschedule his sessions?
A Maven can reschedule his sessions whenever he wants but only before the end date of the last session. He needs to click on the ‘My Session Request’ tab in the dashboard. Then click on Active Tab. Then click on the scheduled session tab in a particular session request. There he can see a popup window that gets open with the named Create Class, and from there he can reschedule and schedule his sessions.
8.3 What can a learner do when he missed his scheduled sessions?
Whenever a learner missed any of his scheduled sessions due to any reason then further no more sessions can be re-conducted. He has to bear with that loss of session.
8.4 Do I get any reminder notification for my scheduled sessions?
Yes, once the session gets scheduled, at the same time alarm will be set and you also get the notification for the same in the notification tab. You will also receive an Email with joining link for the scheduled session.
8.5 Can I get my money back if Maven missed the session?
It depends on the admin because Admin checks the full scenario and acts according to that.
8.6 How will I get to know if my particular session is rescheduled?
Rescheduled session can be checked through
  • The notification which can be seen in notification Tab. Calendar tab , on the particular date session rescheduled.
  • If any session is canceled then we can check the status of that session in the Completed tab.
8.7 How do I get to know that a particular Maven has stopped his session?
When a particular Maven has stopped teaching then those sessions will be shown under the column of COMPLETED Tab in the window of ‘My Session Request’.
